Privacy Policy

This policy covers the internal finance software of Metatheria, LLC, doing business as Clark Management Consulting ("we", "us"). The software connects to our own QuickBooks Online account through the Intuit API. Only Clark Management Consulting uses it. It is not offered to the public.

What we access

With our own authorization, the software reads accounting data from our QuickBooks Online company: invoices, customer names, payments, deposits and bank account balances.

How we use it

We use this data only to track unpaid invoices and cash balances for our own business. We do not sell, rent or share it. We do not use it for advertising.

Read-only use

The software only reads data. It does not create, change or delete anything in QuickBooks.

Storage and security

Data and access tokens are stored on computers we control. Credential files are readable only by the account that runs the software. We do not keep QuickBooks data longer than we need it for the purposes above.

Disconnecting

We can disconnect the software at any time from our Intuit account. Disconnecting revokes its access. We then delete the stored tokens.
