End User License Agreement

This agreement covers the internal finance software of Metatheria, LLC, doing business as Clark Management Consulting ("we", "us"). The software is for our own internal business use. It is not offered to other people or companies.

Use

Only authorized users of Clark Management Consulting may use the software. It reads data from our own QuickBooks Online account and makes no changes there.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Reports it produces are for our internal use and are not financial, tax or legal advice.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that results from using the software.

Intuit

Use of QuickBooks Online and the Intuit API is also subject to Intuit's own terms.
